Please complete this form in full. On submission you will be taken to the payment facility and your Application will only be completed once payment and all documents are received.

Individual Membership applicants, please upload a current copy of your CV and submit with your application. The rest of the supporting documentation such as Client and Personal references, DBS certificate (if you have one) and signed Code of Ethics. should be emailed to membership@thetutorsassociation.org.uk.

Once your application has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with your membership details: Membership number, access codes to additional benefits, specimen contracts, log-on details for the DBS system (should you require it) and branding for you to use on your marketing materials. A signed and sealed certificate of membership will be posted to you.

For Individual, Fellow, Franchisee and Corporate Start Up applications, enter your details only. For Corporate Principal, enter details of 2 individuals that will be allocated the 2 Individual Memberships. For Corporate PrincipalPlus, enter details of 5 individuals that will be allocated the 5 Individual Memberships. The additional Members' details can be submitted at later stage.

By becoming a member of The Association, you accept that we will, from time to time, get in touch with you for administrative purposes (invoicing, renewal, etc) and to keep you updated with membership related issues, however, due to Data Protection Regulations, we require you to consent to us contacting you for marketing purposes. Please select your preferred method of contact for marketing communications. Please note that these preferences will apply to all Individual Members included in your Membership Type and can be adjusted in the Members' Area. We send offers on behalf of our Affiliate Members.
